SHIPPING

In stock shipping turnaround is approximately 5-10 business days. But know we will ship as quickly as we can. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text with USPS tracking link. Standard U.S. shipping by the USPS will usually take 3-5 business days after your order has left our facility. We will assist in locating items lost in shipping, but once we ship, they are no longer our responsibility unless there is a defect or shipping error. Muddy Apparel is not responsible for any lost items while in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery time varies by country. Please allow 1-2 weeks. Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees, which Muddy Apparel is not responsible for. Muddy Apparel is not responsible for any lost items while in international transit.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are currently handled as a return and refund with the customer's option to purchase the new item(s) via our website immediately or after the refund has been received. Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery, and item(s) must be in brand new (unworn and unwashed) reselling condition. Customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges. Items marked as Final Sale do not apply for any exchanges.

Returns
